"Separating Facts from Fiction: 10 Myths about Weight"

 

 

The Stanford Health Improvement Program (HIP) will hold a "myth
busting" workshop led by Joyce Hanna, HIP exercise physiologist and
sports nutritionist, in which she will take aim at the flurry of
conflicting news and rules about nutrition.


Joyce has developed amd conducted health education seminars as well
as developed internet programs focusing on healthy aging, women's
health, nutrition, exercise physiology and behavior change.

 

Those enrolled in the Stanford BeWell program* will earn berries
by attending the free workshop.  If you are not trying to earn berries in
your HIP wellness program, then no need to register, just come listen
to the talk.
