The Administrative & Engineering Building (Bldg. 041) will undergo a renovation between October 2013 and November 2014. This renovation will include the demolition of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roof, etc.), down to the existing concrete structure, addition of all new ADA compliant access, and interior reconfiguration on both floors of private offices, conference rooms, and open office workstations and restrooms. The new interior office layout will include approximately 71% open offices. A new two-stop hydraulic elevator will be added in the courtyard. This renovation is to receive LEEDs Gold certification.
Begin mobilization: set fence the week of December 16.
