You can use the following registration form.The registration fee for the workshop is $100.00
The registration fee covers the reception on Monday, November 6, 2000 and dinner on Wednesday, November 8, 2000.
Registration can be paid by Cash or Check at the Workshop.
All checks should be made out to Stanford University.
- The deadline for registration is Sunday October 22
The deadline is formally over. We will still accept registrations but cannot guarantee that we could provide, for example, an hotel for a discounted price. Please contact Robbin Nixon for further details.
