Many future accelerators, such as synchrotron light sources, hadron circular colliders, electron positron linear colliders are challenged by ground motion and vibration problems.
Different teams in different laboratories are working on these problems.
One of the goals of the planned workshop is to unify these worldwide efforts to ensure that our community would be ready to solve the challenges of the future machines.
