Minutes of the E163 Civil Construction Meeting, 3/24/04.

Attendees: E. Colby, H. Shin, P. Rodriguez, D. Palmer, R. Noble, D. Amador, R. Siemann

1. H. Shin brought the final draft of the laser clean room bid package.

All ARDB signatures were applied. Expectation is that once the bid package goes to Purchasing, it will be about 2 weeks until vendors show up for a site tour followed by a 2-3 week bid process. H. Shin will compile a list of about five suggested vendors for use by the Purchasing Dept.

2. D. Amador brought the final electrical drawings for the laser room utility specification. These were signed off except for the final signature of C. Corvin.

3. Installation of the electrical conduit extension from the existing stub at the yellow stairway to the exterior west wall of the E163 Hall for powering the laser room will be done in May.

4. R. Siemann reported that the Bldg. 225 electrical utilites will be brought up to code. The building will be moved in the future to become the E163 data acquisition room.
