Minutes of
the E163 Civil Construction Meeting,
Attendees: D. Amador, J. Sevilla, K. Jobe, P. Rodriguez,
D. Palmer, R. Siemann, E. Colby, R. Noble
1. Dino Amador reported that
Francisco Castillo has ordered the correct vertical tray elbows for the
east-wall cable tray. Delivery scheduled for Monday 2/9.
2. Eric Colby will determine
the length of vertical cable trays needed above the
modulator for future installation.
3. Javier Sevilla ordered the four Proteus flow switches for the
modulator cooling instrumentation. Switch delivery expected Tuesday 2/10. Presssure gauges are to
be ordered also and delivery
expected next week. Sketch of flow switch layout was distributed. Installation to be done after Feb. 16.
4. Javier Sevilla said drawings for the E163 hall piping will be done
probably by Wednesday 2/11. He plans to get the P.O. in next week for start of
installation on about Feb. 17.
