Discover the power of guided imagery and how you can reduce your stress by strengthening your mind-body connection. Mary will briefly share her journey to becoming a hypnotherapist and provide practical tips and techniques you can use everyday to make your life a little easier. The speaker is a certified medical & master hypnotherapist in private practice, who specializes in stress management and health-related issues as well as pediatric/adolescent needs.
