Natural Vision Improvement
Working at the computer without breaks strains the eyes, face and body and can cause Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS), e.g., eyestrain, general fatigue, headache, neck and shoulder pain, dry eyes, and difficulties with focusing the eyes. The visual stress of the computer screen tends to bring on nearsightedness or worsen farsightedness. Relaxing the eyes, vision exercises, and learning how to use your eyes daily in a healthy way may create lasting improvement in your eyesight!

Come to this lecture and learn tips to avoid and eliminate CVS. The techniques Dr. Schneider and Ms. Moody will teach in this lecture may improve your vision naturally!
