"Mentoring Female Professionals in
Science and Engineering
"

Liz embraced an opportunity to assess and restructure a predominantly female professional consulting firm. Her focus
there was on providing career coaching and guidance for the engineers and scientists to continue with strong contributions
throughout their child-bearing years.

 

Liz has a personal passion for the organization, Engineers Without Borders, and is an active member with their Haiti Project. 
She serves on their San Francisco Professional Chapter Executive Council and enjoys reaching out to young professionals
engaged at the university level.

 

Liz will share her strategies for helping women map and follow their professional pathways.
