Using Emotional Intelligence (EI) can increase the behavioral choices

we have in any given situation. In this seminar, learn how to give

and receive feedback effectively using the basic skills associated with EI
and gender:

Determine the most effective choice

Understand how empathy impacts our well-being in the workplace

Deliver an effective feedback

We will hear how this learning mechanism can enable women to build rapport in the workplace.          

Dikla Carmel-Hurwitz is an executive coach who specializes in high-performance leadership training. She is the founder of Ripple Effect Coaching works for Stanford's Graduate School of Business (GSB) as a group facilitator and an executive coach.

 

As you may already know, WIS founder Cherrill Spencer will be retiring from SLAC.  Please join us at her farewell party at 11:30 am on March 26 at Kavli (preceeding the seminar) to wish her well and thank her for all her work at WIS.
