Women's Interchange at SLAC (WIS) presents
"Revitalizing Creativity by
Minimizing Your Distractions"
With
Michelle Santaferraro

The mental clutter we have in our heads
and physical clutter we have on our desks
can increase our stress and keep us from
solving problems creatively.

Once our concentration is
interrupted, we may need up
to 20 minutes to attain the
same level of focus we
experienced before the
interruption.  Learn how to
improve your focus and invigorate
your creativity amid the constant flow
of emails, voicemails, project requests,
interruptions, and meetings that occupy
your mental space.  Speaker Michelle
Santaferraro bring 16 years of experience
as an efficiency coach and productivity
consultant.  Her corporate work has
included training for companies such as
CH2M Hill, Sun Microsystems, HP, Oracle,
Chevron, and Office Depot.
