| WBS 1142262 RF Supports/Girders - ML 500 is the cost associated with manufacturing the RF girder assembly with three accelerators in Space Frames. |
| The RF structure is assembled into the space frame. All hardware and assembly costs are included in this WBS item. Also included are all labor hours to align the accelerator structure. The assembled RF structure inside the space frame has attached to it all microwave and vacuum systems to make the space frame assembly one unit. This unit is then baked out process and re-aligned. |
| The costs associated with the BakeOut and the vacuum hardware are not included in this WBS item, but are included in the WBS 1142252 Waveguide Vac Mech. |
| The space frame assemblies are then assembled to the girder and aligned. The costs associated with that are included in this WBS element. (rf conditioning and processing of this major assembly will be included in this WBS element.) |
| The costs associated with the equipment, fixturing, and test facilities are included in WBS 12 Manufacturing Facilities. |
