WBS Element Definition:

WBS 1142251 Waveguide RF Mech. - ML 500 is the cost associated with the following components of the DLDS: (round waveguide is currently included in the WBS1142252R2 Waveguide Vac Mech because it is processed entirely as a vacuum part)
  • wrap-around MC
  • H-plane
  • Klystron Combiner
  • WC2.93 rt angle
  • WC2.93->WC4.75 Transition
12% of the cost is assumed to be material (using the wrap-around MC as a basis)  the balance is labor.  90% Learning curves were utilized
Fixturing used to manufacture the parts, and put them in inventory are currently not included in this WBS element. Fixturing required for handling parts prior to installation, including taking them out of inventory, are included in the installation costs.
