Measurements and Brazing Instructions

The measurements to determine the braze gap and the size of braze wires to be used  are made from the "Ring Post Plating Machined," and the "Metallized Ceramic Window."   The measurements are recorded in the windowCalc.xls spread sheet.  An example is shown below:

The .0327 total gap dimension is composed of the stainless steel to moly gap and the ceramic to stainless steel gap (called the COLD brazeGAP.)
