NLC Collaboration Meeting (SLAC)

January 31 - February  2, 2000

Abstract

The goals for this U.S. NLC Collaboration meeting include review of the status of NLC accelerator physics, design, and technology, and formulation of plans for future developments. A specific goal of this meeting is finalization of detailed work plans and packages for the remainder of FY00 and definition of milestones for the continuation of work through FY01.

1330: Overview (Ives): Revised WBS structure, new software tools, schedule for FY 2000

1400: Machine Configuration Changes (Corvin, Sevilla)

1500: Progress report on Fermilab Siting Studies (Kuchler)

1600: Review of Work Packages for FY 2000 (Ives, Corvin, Sevilla, Cogan)

1700: Adjourn

Tuesday, February 1 (Field Trip)

0900: Depart Building 281 for site visit to SLAC 150 and 120

1800: Return to SLAC (approximate time)

Wednesday, February 2, Building 281

0900: Continue work package review and discussion of work plans, schedules and milestones for FY 2000

1200: Adjourn

1300: Close-out session in Orange Room

1500: Adjourn
