We discussed the progress of the work on stabilization, hardware and modeling. Joe reported that the test block for stabilization is assembled and moved to cryo building, we are still missing high voltage amplifier before one can start playing with feedback.
Tom Mattison reported that the interferometer is installed and working on the floor with a short base and that software for feedback control of the mirror is being written. Hardware for stabilization of a block is almost ready and assembled except for a mirror mounts.
Andrei reported about preliminary consideration of performance of an active system in a final focus. Slides are here.
Tom Himel described his ongoing work on designing a proper feedback for stabilization. Results of this work will be reported in one of the following meetings.
