- Import a tab-delimited file into Excel
- Start Excel
- Select Open from the File menu
- Open the tab-delimited file you want to import
- On the Text Import Wizard screen you'll need to select "Delimited" under Original Data Type and import from row 1
- Click Next
- On Step 2 of 3 screen, check the "Tab" checkbox under Delimiters
- Click Next
- On Step 3 of 3 screen, click Finished
