Engineering: Conventional Facilities

Site Development

Generic ILC infrastructure designs now planned will embrace the expected range of actual ILC site conditions to be encountered. Productive luminosity and ultimate stability are dependent on conditions at an actual site. Feasibility, constructability, schedule, risk and cost are also directly related to an actual site. Site development engineering for an actual beam housing alignment will integrate and verify the performance of support infrastructure designs. Both generic and specific site development engineering are proceeding in parallel.
