AGENDA for US-LET meeting on 2005 April 12:

1.  Fostering communication:  this week I expect to set up a permanent
    home for agendas and talks from this meeting on the SLAC-ILC website.
    We now have this meeting every 2 weeks.  What else should we use?

    --> a centralized website for more serious content (deckfiles, links
        to simulation codes and documentation, tech notes, papers...)?
    --> Websites at each of the labs which link to each other?
    --> Mailing list?  SLAC would be happy to host this
    --> Discussion board?
    --> Other ideas?

2.  Short reports from the labs:  what is everyone doing, and when will 
    they be ready to talk about it at length?

3.  New Business.
