The Conference Banquet will be held at the Sundance Mine Co. in Palo Alto on Thursday, May 27th at 7pm. The Banquet cost is $35.00 and will be due the day of arrival at SLAC. For reservation purposes we need confimation from those who will be attending. The menu will be as follows (vegetarian dishes also available upon request) :

You have a choice of one of the following entrees. Each dinner includes a Mixed Salad with Creamy Italian dressing.

Prime Rib 8 ounce

Prime rib served medium to medium rate with hot au jus, horseradish & rosemary potatoes.

Chicken Picatta

Chicken breast sauteed in a garlic caper beurre blanc & served with wild rice.

Fresh Atlantic Salmon

Flame broiled & topped with a dill caper cream sauce. Served with wild rice.

Chicken Teriyaki

Ginger pineapple marinated chicken breast charbroiled. Served with resemary potatoes.

*  Vegetariam dishes may also be included upon request.
