SLAC Building Information

• Change Request Form – A form used to request changes to the database for buildings and building managers.
• Building Query Form – Searches for requested information using a standard format.
• List of Building Mgrs – List sorted by building managers showing all buildings they manage.  
• Bldg Mgrs by Bldg – List sorted by buildings showing all associated building managers.
• SLAC Building Info – List of buildings by number with grid, name, location, directorate and building managers
• Bldg Mgr Reports – Links to forms that provide reports such as Building Usage, Building Safety Inspection Sheets, Phone Locations and Building Manager Mailing Labels along with some of the reports listed above.
• Bldg Occupants – List of buildings with occupant information including name, room, extension and email.

• SLAC Directory Search – Phone directory search by name, email or group.
• Bldg Mgr Program – Information for Building Managers including resources and reference material.
